We design and run automated outreach campaigns by email and LinkedIn that put your business in front of the right prospects, so you spend less time prospecting and more time closing.
Any business that wants more customers and knows who it wants to reach: trades and contractors, professional and local service businesses, equipment and supply companies, and more. If you want more conversations with the people who buy from you, this is for you.
Step 1: We learn your business: who you want to reach and what you want them to do.
Step 2: We build a targeted prospect list and write short, personal emails and LinkedIn messages for you.
Step 3: We send them and handle the follow-ups. Replies go straight to you.
A targeted prospect list, a 3-message outreach sequence by email and LinkedIn, ongoing follow-ups, replies forwarded to you, and a report on what went out and what came back. We don't promise a set number of leads or customers. You see exactly who we contacted and what they said.
Starter Pilot: $450 total for 30 days ($150 setup + $300 campaign). The campaign works out to about $6.67 per prospect, not counting setup. Best for smaller pools of prospects. Up to 45 prospects, one target group, a 3-message sequence by email and LinkedIn, replies forwarded to you, and one report at the end. No auto-renew.
Pilot: $750 total for 30 days ($150 setup + $600 campaign). The campaign works out to about $6.00 per prospect, not counting setup. Save 10% per prospect compared with the Starter Pilot. Up to 100 prospects. Everything else is the same as the Starter Pilot.
Ongoing: $500 setup + $1,200 a month for up to 225 new prospects a month. The monthly fee works out to about $5.33 per prospect, not counting setup. Save 20% per prospect compared with the Starter Pilot. 3-month minimum ($3,600 in monthly fees), then month to month. If you upgrade from a Starter Pilot or Pilot before its 30-day period ends, the $150 setup fee is credited toward the Ongoing setup fee.
